The Company applies its high level of expertise in the utilization of osmotic pressure, pharmaceutical materials, diffusion, barrier membrane and orifice characteristics to achieve desired drug delivery profiles.

Osmotica has developed a substantial body of intellectual property including issued patents, pending patents, and proprietary know-how to protect its products and its partner's products. We leverage our intellectual property, experienced development team and state-of-the-art R&D facilities to reliably develop successful pharmaceutical products. Some of our key employees have been working with osmotic technology for more than two decades.
Osmotica is currently expanding its osmotic technology base as well as actively developing next generation non-osmotic technologies. These novel technologies include combination product technologies, multi-phase release technologies and liquid drug delivery vehicles.
