Project Management

A senior team of drug development specialists manage Osmotica's partnered projects and are collaboratively involved in the initial definition and design of the project. Appropriately detailed experiments are mutually agreed upon to explore the feasibility of the product and to map success criteria. Our project team remains intimately involved with the project from conception through registration.

At the onset of the project, Osmotica and its partner establish a management team structure consisting of team leaders, a joint scientific project team, a management steering committee and an executive oversight function. These groups meet regularly to facilitate smooth decision-making.
